These terms govern the use of Termbaker, the desktop IDE for AI coding CLIs, and of the termbaker.com website and account services. By downloading the app or creating an account you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Termbaker is a product of OASYS Digital, based in Brazil. You can reach us at support@termbaker.com for any question about these terms, your account or your subscription.
The product is currently in beta: it works, it is used daily, and it still evolves quickly.
2. The license
Termbaker is licensed, not sold. The Free plan is free forever within its published limits. The Pro plan is a paid subscription that unlocks the features listed on the pricing page.
A Pro account is identified by your email and a license key. The key activates up to 3 machines at the same time; you can disconnect machines and rotate the key from the account panel whenever you want.
Keys are personal. Sharing, reselling or publishing a key is not allowed and may lead to its revocation.
3. AI providers are yours
Termbaker orchestrates AI CLIs that you install and pay for yourself (for example Claude Code, Codex, Gemini or Grok). Their costs, quotas and terms belong to their providers. Termbaker never charges for AI usage and never proxies your AI traffic.
4. Payments and renewal
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Prices are shown before checkout, in the currency of your region. The subscription renews automatically, monthly or yearly according to your choice, until you cancel.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the account panel, through the subscription portal. Access to Pro continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing further is charged.
6. Refunds
If Pro is not for you, tell us within 7 days of your first purchase and we refund it in full. Write to support@termbaker.com from the account email.
Refunds of later renewals are evaluated case by case and always respect the consumer law of your country.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Termbaker to break the law, do not attempt to circumvent license or plan limits, and do not redistribute the app bundled with malware or modifications.
8. Your code stays yours
Termbaker runs on your machine. Your projects, your code, your prompts and your AI conversations stay local; we have no access to them and claim no rights over anything you build.
9. Beta, warranties and liability
During the beta the software is provided as is, without warranties of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Keep backups of your work.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer law grants you.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the product evolves; meaningful changes are announced on the site or by email, and continuing to use Termbaker after that means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Where consumer law applies, disputes may be brought in the courts of your own domicile.
